Return & Refund Policy

General Returns
We have a 30 day return policy. The product can be returned up to 30 days from the date of order receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received i.e. unused, unworn, with original tags present and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrives damaged/defective, please send photos and the original receipt to sales@skywalkzy.com and we would take steps with the supplier/manufacturer to return the defective unit and issue you a refund.

Exchange:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds:
We would notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
