Shipping & Delivery
**Skywalkzy only ships within the Lower 48 US states. Hence, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any other Islands or US territories**
Order Confirmation:
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and we would pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that stock is available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Order Processing Time:
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (i.e. within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.
- We estimate your order to be processed within 1-3 business days
Order Shipment:
- Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. - Order cancellation after shipment: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has shipped, you would also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
