WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Limited Warranty
Our Partners provide consistent, world-class outdoor power station that meet the highest global quality and safety, delivered in spec and on time. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Promotional items, flash sales, clearance items and any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for partial refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

Warranty Period 
The warranty period for Pecron products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

 

Return & Refund Conditions

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging will all pieces intact in resalable condition.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Steps to take to initiate returns

  • First of all, we'd like to sincerely apologies for your unsatisfactory experience on your special occasion.
  • For returns, please email us at sales@skywalkzy.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods.
  • You are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. The cost will be reimbursed only if your purchase arrived damaged/faulty

Shipping & Delivery

**Skywalkzy only ships within the Lower 48 US states. Hence, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any other Islands or US territories**

Order Confirmation:

- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
This means that we have received your order in our system and we would pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  
- As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that stock is available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

Order Processing Time:

- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (i.e. within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit your order for shipment.
- We estimate your order to be processed within 1-3 business days

Order Shipment:

- Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the e-mail address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order confirmation, please follow up with us at

Your order should arrive approximately 2-5 business days from receipt of the tracking number.
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery time would normally vary depending on distance to your shipping address from our supply warehouses.

Shipping Cost

- We offer free shipping to all locations in the Continental USA. All other locations within the USA would be charged based off delivery costs from our carriers.
- We use UPS, USPS or FedEx to deliver your packages

Price Match

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question

Please provide the order number, receiver's name and other relevant information. 

- Order cancellation after shipment: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If your order has shipped, you would also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.

- We have the right to cancel an order due to items being oversold or for any reason of our choosing. If we choose to cancel an order you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
